We have an opening for a responsible and organised office assistant to join our growing organisation. In this position, you will perform various office and data entry tasks, answer phones and sort mail. Other duties will include working with the HR & Office Manager and senior team to prepare documents, organise files, manage existing documents, and generally keep the office organised, tidy, and running smoothly.

Duration:                     Permanent

Remuneration:            £19,838 per annum, as well as excellent benefits

Hours of work:            9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (35-hour week)

Reporting to:               HR & Office Manager

Location:                     BMC, 177-179 Burton Road, Manchester, M20 2BB

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the environment and can help the BMC to put our environmental and sustainability policies into practice in our office environment.

This recruitment process will be completed in two stages:

Stage 1 – Initial Application

Stage 1 – Shortlisting

All applicants will be notified of shortlisting outcomes no later than Friday 03 February 2023. Applicants taken to Stage 2 will be asked to attend an interview at the BMC office in Manchester as detailed below.

Stage 2 – Candidate Interview Day

Interview's will take place at the BMC's head quarter's in West Didsbury, Manchester on Friday 10 February 2023.
