A rescue team in America's Washington state has released dramatic footage of an operation to save a hiker stuck up a cliff.
The man was found clinging to the rock in a precarious position about 100 feet up a cliff near the Snoqualmie Pass in King County on Monday 30 June.
The Snohomish County Helicopter Rescue Team filmed the 'strop extraction', which looks like it involved some pretty skilled piloting, winching and suchlike.
The main action starts at about 1:20.
