'We ran a pilot last year to huge acclaim and constructive evaluative comments so have listened and enhanced the programme for 2013 with over 1400 spaces available over the weekend' says Perthshire's Outdoor Education Officer Dave Girling.

'The event is for anyone and everyone who enjoys the outdoors be it sliding down a wet gorge, discovering the archaeology of the hillside or taking its photo.'

Supervised activities include climbing, mountain biking, canyoning, archaeology walks, photography workshops and the chance to try out some of the latest models of touring and sea kayaks on Loch Tay. The evening programme sees presentations from Cameron McNeish, Jamie Andrew, Simon Yates and a selection of the best films from the 2012 Kendal Mountain Festival.
