The annual Kandersteg Ice Climbing Festival in Switzerland will be staged for the 14th time from 4 to 6 January 2013.

In this exclusive UKC competition you have a chance of winning some Black Diamond gear including a pair of Stinger Crampons, an Aspect Harness and a Spot headlamp.

This year at Kandersteg as well the ice climbing competition, ice climbing skill clinics, and a huge party, top climbers Adam Ondra, Pietro dal Pra and Stefan Glowacz will be giving presentations and will be joining Ines Papert, Nico and Olivier Favresse, Markus Bendler, Albert Leichtfried, Dodo Kopold, Klemen Premrl, Andy Houseman, Matt Helliker, Hazel Findlay, David Göttler, Patrick Aufdenblatten in a celebration of climbing, sharing their experiences, competing and offering advice.

If you can make it, it will be a great three days and you are welcome to come along whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned Scottish turf picker!
