Kirsty Pallas is an enthusiastic instructor, experienced climber and an advocate for a more diverse outdoor community. Her film Called to the Mountains is playing at Kendal Mountain Festival as part of the Women in Adventure session, so we caught up with her to ask about the film, diversity and equality within the outdoors and how things need to change, her work with Mountain Rescue and her new initiative Our Shared Outdoors - an organisation which is working to redefine outdoor narrative to become inclusive to all.
