Best Climbing Experience

Too many and too numerous to recount! Climbing has been a pretty good excuse for me to do some pretty daft things though, and many of the most formative experiences of my life have arisen from my climbing addiction. Some of the most memorable have to include hitching round France on a six-week climbing mission with three mates back in the day when I was young and foolish..... beer-fuelled midnight ascents of Tegnes Pinnacle, cleaning up on The Cromlech before lunch, cabbage football on Criccieth Beach in the rain, a trip to Pembroke without a tent (course it's not gonna rain...), trips to foreign climes on voyages of discovery with great mates, including a cracking trip to Sardinia last year, and of course, all the great days out at the local crags with the gang, each one of which seems to produce some memorable event which entices me to go out again!
