GUMC boys ChaM dREAM holiday ticklist

The dream. Cunningly designed to fit into two weeks as that is all the student loan will allow.

Upon arrival in Cham we will head straight to the envers where we will completly butcher these classics. If these routes dont have aidable cruxes, forced abseil retreat will be nessesary.

Once we have assertained that we can climb A1, we will load up the sacks for several lengthy seiges on these overly ambitious and comitting testpieces. A lot of aid will be emplyed to reach the top of these. Multiple faliures on hard winter routes this year will convince us that we are scottish winter hard men and have a fighting chance.

Essential:
2 axes
Hundreds of hours of isolation fingerboard training
Zero hours of isolation cardio training
Enthusiasm in the face of mounting adversity
Climb tech 7 without gear (iain)
Austrain Alpine membership
A working knowlege of self rescue
A complete inability to judge our own ability
Lots of sasuage

Desirable:
Ability to place gear
Climb 6a on bolts (iain)

The hallowed MCofS issued dogging competency certificate
The trusty vango for mid route bivvys
Atlas lager
The Rockfax beginners guide to rock climbing
Stout boots
Map and compass (and know how to use it)
