Rockfax Description
A popular expedition that weaves its way up the centre of the wall. Scramble leftwards out under the wall to a large block.
1) 18m. Above the block is a dirty groove. Climb up left of this, then right, to a right-trending ramp. Follow the ramp to a belay below a corner-crack.
2) 4a, 16m. Layback the corner then traverse the wall on the left - thin - to a ledge and belay next to a conspicuous spike.
3) 10m. Move left and climb an open groove past ledges to a large block and belay. This pitch is poorly protected.
4) 4b, 18m. Move left to a crack-line and climb this with difficulty to finishing slabs. © Rockfax

βeta: Big block at the top of P3 moves a lot. FRCC guide suggest using it for a thread belay. Probably not a good idea, moved left and belayed at the bottom of the crack. | βeta? | |
