βeta: Absolutely superb, genuine splitter hand crack. Probably E4 and would be **** if topping out onto the ridge didn\'t involve pulling on a few loose blocks (much easier climbing by this point). The rest of the rock on the route is very good. Recommended gear: 1 x #0.3-1, 4 x #2, 2 x #3, 2 x #4, set of wires. Approach: stakes need backing up, there are a couple of wires about 15m up the slope. 80m rope would see you down the ridge to the top of the crag. 35m abseil from here. We only had a 100m rope, so from the top of the crag we abbed on our half\'s and pulled them. Committed.
