βeta: If you follow one of the guidebooks to the point near to the base of the capped chimney, the escape route out to the right may prove harder than attempting the "satisfying water run runnel" to the left. Escape route is either slimy green rock, incredibly chossy stone or slippery grass, depending on which limb you are looking at. The clean water run rock is very grippy in approach shoes by comparison, though there is little protection if roped up, bar a cam placement at the foot of the wall on the right as you meet the crux move in the runnel. Grass may have invaded that placement by the time you read this, I get the feeling not many pass this way... | ||
