UKC Logbook Description
The short arete to the left of Seventh Veil. The half-height pocket has lost a bit of rock making a larger hold and possible gear placement ... still probbaly more sensible to consider this a solo proposition.
On 25/09/10 a climber took a fall onto the mid-height (and only) gear, which ripped-out and loosened a large block (2'x 1'x 0.5'), which was removed. Now needs cleaning and re-grading. He fell from above the gear, but thankfully had three mats on which he landed on his back, did a pretty impressive backflip onto his feet further down the hill, and bit through his tongue!
The half-height pocket and gear placements have recently broken off following a fall from the top face. The route is now slightly harder and finding protection is harder still.
Two micro wires popped out. on close inspection this cracked a significant piece of rock which slotted out of position.
