200m, 2 pitches. Not recommended - loose and miserable! Not in proper winter condition - prob Diff in summer. Starts 50m below the top of the deep gully west of Ossian's Cave, it runs below Sloping Shelf. The gully is blocked at the bottom by 2 large chockstones. Climb over these, follow the gully over awkward slabs. Just past a dark overhanging wall, the stream freezes into a 5m vertical ice fall. Climb this before an awkward, poorly protected turfy step left to exit the gully. Belay on the headwall to the left of Ossian's cave. Not the easiest way to the cave!
