A dramatic little molar of unbelievably rough peridotite, this peak requires climbing at Difficult standard, a fact that probably accounts for its relative lack of ascents. It's usually bypassed on the east side by walkers heading for Munros or teams on a Cuillin Traverse.
Sgurr nan Eag, Sgurr Dubh Mor and Sgurr Alasdair 8.20 miles, 1,234m ascent, 7 – 8 hours. Portree | ||
