Crag features

Sikati Cave is a massive hole in the ground which looks like it has been created by a meteorite impact. A great and dramatic setting for a fine set (of mostly hard) routes. Can be a bit soapy and airless on humid days.

Approach notes

Take the new road towards Palionisos and park on the first big right-hand bend. Go through the gate and diagoanally down the slope until vague paths leading north can be picked up, the cave appears after about 30 mins. In the high season there is a boat service from Myrties Jetty to the beach below the cliff - a 10 min scramble away.

Walking Time: 30-40mins

Restricted Access

The final gate on the walk in to the Sikati cave area has a sign on it saying that access is prohibited until 5th May due to the gathering of the goats in that area.
