These sea cliffs give a multitude of excellent single pitch climbing in a stunning setting. The highlights are two impressive geos comprised of immaculate, clean gniess. Several routes in the second geo are in part indistinguishable, due to being able to climb almost anywhere on the wall at a similar level of difficulty. This does not detract - in fact it is one of the charms of this beautiful wall. There is also some excellent boudlering near the first geo as well as some interesting, yet rarely visited conglomorate crags easily seen further north on the headland.
Park at Shegra cemetery - if staying overnight no vehicles allowed onto the machair (but you can pitch a tent). The machair is a fragile habitat and sadly has become overused by vehicles over the years ignoring the signs not to take vehicles onto it - please observe the restrictions or access could become problematic in the future.

The V.Diff called In the Pink is in the first geo (North side) not the 2nd geo. SonyaD - 17/Jul/12 |

Not 100% sure but I think Juglust and Bloodlust Variation are the same thing. Andy Moles - 18/Apr/11 |
