Rockfax Description
A trio of wall pitches that seek out a difficult and serious way up the blank walls that lie either side of the long break of Grooved Wall. Start on ledges 10m up from the base of Walker's Gully.
1) 5b, 25m. Climb the face to meet up with Grooved Wall and follow this to its first stance.
2) 6a, 20m. Move up the overhanging crack of Grooved Wall then climb the tiny staggered corner in the sheer wall to where it fades. Make thin moves out left and then right to gain a good ledge. Move right and belay.
3) 5b, 35m. Climb the groove in the arete until a traverse of a crack leftwards across the wall gains the base of a right-leading crack. Follow the crack to a ledge and either belay here, or continue up walls and ledges to easier ground. © Rockfax
