Recently explored crag just south of the O Cave © gforce

Crag features

A deceptively steep wall with all the routes being harder than they look! Everything slopes towards you and as a result there aren't really any jugs. The rock is mostly good quality although there is some loose stuff at the top of the Trombones. A few kittiwakes nest here during the summer so some of the crag (unfortunately Timpani Wall and Choir Boy) will be out of bounds for a few months. It does seep after wet weather and the left hand part of the crag seems to require very dry conditions before the seeps retreat.

The crag is located immediately to the South of the Orchestra Cave and can be accessed from the O Cave, from the Doo's Chimney scramble descent to the O Cave or by abseil from directly above the Wall - a sloping shelf / slab cuts down to the South above the crag.
