Start on the obvious holds in the middle of the blank wall. Use the thin crack and poor crimps to the right before making a difficult move to the break.

βeta: If you're good on little crozzles and flexible you can get a high foot and rock it out almost static. If you're me (tall) you can keep your feet lower and make a bit of a pop to the break. If you're in between then you're going to struggle.
