Crag features

A grand mountain, rocky on all sides, with a long cliff over 200m high on the hills flank. This cliff has superb climbing to E8 standard on a great clean wall.

Approach notes

Access to the corrie from the main road via the Glen Sannox track takes about 40 mins.

Spent some time(April 09) sitting in the Corrie with a good pair of Binoculars looking closely at the routes and access. I noted there is a peregrine around for the second year running. Routes that I was aspiring to E1/2 are all choked with turf the harder ones have less grass holding potential as they are steeper.
