Hill features

This is a high crag for the area. With its NE aspect it holds snow well. You must go onto the summit ridge near to the summit before descending to the routes.

Approach notes

From Rowardennan carpark, follow the well-marked tourist path through the forest up onto the South Ridge. Continue onto the summit ridge.
Do not attempt to traverse round to the corrie as this is both extremely dangerous and a total waste of time. At a col shortly before the actual summit descend a steep snow slope (check snow/cornice condition) into the corrie.

Approach time: 2.5 hours
