UKC Logbook Description
The classic. Steep at first, then slabbier with a very steep crux pitch right at the top. Start just after the cables. 2x50m, 13 quickdraws, 6b+ oblig.

This route is dedicated to Bernie Schulke, late owner of the Hotel des Voyageurs in Vallorcine who was killed in an avalanche in Italy in April 2003. Now sadly I have to add Bernie's girlfriend Daniela to that dedication, also killed in an avalanche in Italy - less than a kilometre from Bernie, in March 2010.

J de Montjoye 2003.
