Rockfax Description
A massive linking pitch that gives the hardest sport climb in the south of the UK. Start as for The Cider Soak. Move up to the overhang and traverse left to join A Fisherman's Tale. Now go left and down slightly to join and follow Tuppence to just above its last hard move. Go left and finish as for Tuppence Ha'penny. © Rockfax

βeta: This is harder than 8c, I have no doubt. It takes in most of the hard climbing on Poppy (8b+), reverses the crux of Postman Pat (8a+), climbs almost all of Tuppence (8b), and then adds a hard 7c finish. Total Nails. Needs straightening out on the section into Tuppence to make it a better line. A fitting swan-song from Mr Palmer. | βeta? | |
