I'm no expert on this place yet but..
It is used as beginners place but there are routes from 4c to 6c+ with a good spread of routes on mostly good and clean Dolomitic rock. The only real issue here is being burnt off by 6 year olds ;-)
The crag has a narrow but flat-ish base that's ok for kids but not really for toddlers. Good view, apart from the pylons, some shade. All routes bolted. Descent is by abseil or the chimney at the far right of the crag. A few of the routes can be 40m so you might need a long rope to get back to the ground! Mostly 20-30 m with some 2 pitch climbs
Approach notes
The access is fine but slightly restricted and a bit tricky to explain - buy the guide in Bedarieux's Librairie-Papeterie or Beziers bookshops. See above. Its only a few minutes form Bedarieux itself so pretty quick to get to.
