Egino is an old crag but one that has aged well. It has some great routes for novice climbers with Goxo-Goxo being a fine three-pitch 4b. There are also plenty of easier routes in the area.
We have included the main sectors of Goxo-Goxo, la Fuente and Pared de Tubo - these are well bolted and offer nice climbing on clean rock. The area has many more routes. Go rightwards from the cave to find more traditionally bolted routes.
From the A-1 linking Altsasu and Vitoria-Gatiez, turn off at the Egino junction 389. Drive towards the small village of Egino but avoid the village by turning left along the A-3012 for about 1km. Just before the next village of Llarduia is a small turning on the right signed 'La Leze'. Head up here into a public parking place below an hostel/albergue.
