An interesting wall of steep pocket covered sandstone on the side of a hill. The problems tend to be of the pocket pulling variety all finishing at good holds before dropping off. A good if somewhat limited selection of problems from english 5a to 6b make this venue well worth a visit. Wall can be very green and damp early in the season or following rainy periods.

Is on restricted land as far as Im aware so be careful. Parking no longer allowed in the lay-by outside the cottage, or indeed anywhere along the gravel road. Space for 2/3 cars exists on the verge at the end of the paved section. Walk along the track to the gate into the woods on your left. Follow the track to the right until you reach the corner of a fence and the crag is visible up the steep hill to the left. The final approach up the steep hill can be very overgrown with ferns.
