Texas is flat and rock is hard to come by, so it's not surprising that much of this crag was outlaw bolted. Eventually the Reimer family found out and more law abiding climbers started coming in to enjoy. This is one of the most popular venues in Texas, with beautiful Limestone faces, caves, and boulders. Trees and shrubs growing around the creeks provide enough shade to cut the heat, but also mean that you should keep an eye out for poison ivy.
About a 40 minute drive from Austin. Once in the park there is parking near each of the access trails (Canyon Trail, Arbor Wall Trail, and Hand Beyond Trail). There is a per person $5 day use fee.
