Although something of an outlier, this secluded little cliff is well worth a visit; access is straightforward, the rock quality generally excellent, and the outlook delightful.
From the car park at Porthgwarra, walk back towards the cove, turn left and pick up signs for the coast path. Walk east on the coast path for around 1km to a distinct split in the path (note 50m prior to the split in the path, the cliff can be viewed in profile). Take the right branch of the path for 100m and then turn right on a faint path that leads down to the top of the cliff (20 mins). Either abseil to the base or scramble down to the left (facing out).
The cliff is tidal, the bases only being accessible for around 3 hours either side of low water in calm sea conditions. However, the bases of the cliff become wave-washed in moderate seas.
