The easier option than climbing at Lehn for those seeking more forgiving grades. One of the most popular crags, due to ease of access, variety and moderate well-protected routes. Neuhaus offers shade on hot days on its left wall and warm sunshine on its right wall.

| Great little crag, very well bolted. Fairly easy walk in, hidden in the forest (bring a mosquito spray if you don't want your ankles being chewed on). Mostly medium height routes, in shade and cool even on a hot day. Was bone dry even after 3 days of rain (though the tops of routes may get a bit wet in the heavy rain; also the right side is a lot more exposed and sunnier). Climbing mostly on flat sidepulls/slopey holds. Even the easy ones (5s,6as) can be overhanging and quite pumpy najki_2000 - 16/Aug/13 |
