Crag features

The small town of Chulilla sits comfortably above a huge canyon and a wealth of rock. Long routes of great quality are the main attraction. 

Proving increasingly popular in recent years, some routes are showing signs of popularity as well as the general area being busy with vans and visitors.

This logbook for Chulilla includes everything around town and castle, as well as those west of the river Turia and the few climbs of Pinturas Rupestres. For other areas such as Pantano or Tabaira/Cherales, find their separate logbooks.

The climbing areas for this section of Chulilla vary in length, nature, aspect and style.

Some areas will get the morning sun, whilst others will be in shade all day and even covered from the rain (Las Cuevas).

**When a line says "(L1+L2)" the grade is obtained by climbing from the ground in one push. These are not multipitch routes. Almost all extensions are graded from the ground, not from the previous chain.**
