Crag features

Single pitch routes 35-40m, mostly Extremes. Superb climbing notoriously slow drying. Best routes - Gandalfs Groove(E2), Mithrandir(HVS), Tracheotomy(E2), Gillette Direct(E2), Razor Crack (E1).

Approach notes

One and a quarter hour walk up the 'Band' from the Old Dungeon Ghyll Car Park.

There are 2 abseil stations in place at the crag and both are in excellent condition (very new looking) as of June '23.

Four teams there today and we were all able to climb all day, but only just. When a abseiling down, we were getting in each other's way a bit. Every team wanted to do Razor Crack. Worth bearing in mind.

An excellent crag with some superb routes. Well worth a visit.
