A collection of boulders in the upper section of Dungeon Ghyll, above the large waterfall. Some highball, some short. All in a beautiful setting.
Take the Dungeon Ghyll path from the Stickle Barn car park. After about 15 minutes the boulders should be visible above the large waterfall. Traverse the steep slope to the left of the Ghyll, crossing bracken and scree. The first boulder sits on the edge of the Ghyll with a partially sculpted platform in the Ghyll.
The Ghyll itself is a SSSI. The National Trust have been made aware that it's being used for bouldering. Please be respectful and leave as little trace as possible.
The approach is fairly hazardous. Take care across the steep slopes.
