Crag features

A great crag for a mixture of easy routes in a beautiful setting. 900m above sea level so climbing is possible even in the heat of summer. Excellent limestone with a mixture of slab climbing, overhangs and technical aretes. The crag offers excellent sea views.

A pleasant slab to the left, immediately above the path, provides a set of pleasant routes. The main crag goes up to the right.

Approach notes

Approach seems to have recently changed! The road suggested in the 2020 guide is now gated and locked and signs have been overwritten to give a route using marked paths.

From Sant'Anna church continue up the road passing a large picnic sight on the left. After a hairpin to the right turn left (signposted to the 'Sacrario' and then, after another bend, park just before another left turn hairpin.

Walk straight ahead into the tiny hamlet of .....

At the water trough and information board detailing the massacre here turn left and follow the ancient track which curves back right above the hamlet. A lovely walk.

When you arrive at the newly refurbished property (the old access route joins from the R) follow the boundary wall to the obvious crag.
