Crag features

Germany's second highest peak, though many consider it a sub-summit of the Zugspitze. The west face is over 1000m high and has many high quality routes with variable rock quality.

Approach notes

From the Tiroler Zugspitzbahn, follow the signs for the Wiener-Neustadter-Hütte and then break off across the scree towards the foot of the west face.
