Crag features
Situated in front of the University of Nottingham's Trent Building, this clean, solid, quarried sandstone wall, provides a number of delicate, fingery climbs. The wall is set on three tiers and the best problems are the traverses on the top tiers, but fun can be found on the lower tier with more traditional ‘up’ problems. It is constructed of quarried sandstone with all walls being just off vertical. The walls get to a whopping 3 meters in height, so naturally lends itself to bouldering and in most cases, for the competent climber, a pad isn’t needed. *Note*
All climbs should finish not on the top of the lintel but standing up and reaching round for the back of the lintel (extending the problem), where appropriate or stated otherwise.*
Approach notes
Park in the two main carparks by the lakeside arts centre and walk along the north side of the lake, or park in the carpark next to the Trent Building (after 4pm only and on weekends.) and walk down the side of the building, down the grassy bank. The wall is below the clock tower.

| Also noticed that two new benches have been installed on the main terrace directly under such problems as Wilson's Eliminate thus making the starts inaccessible and the landings a bit tricky! pebblespanker - 20/Sep/11 |

| Great little stamina venue, somewhat fingery lol and lovely to return after nearly 30 years! Am curious to know when the last time it was sandblasted and when the grades were last checked ... Walk Tall in particular is a bit naughty for 6a :) pebblespanker - 20/Sep/11 |
