Climbs 35
Rocktype Conglomerate
Altitude 941m a.s.l
Faces SE
A small crag but with a full selection of grades (4+ - 7c). The belays are shaded by trees and the climbing will get sun for most of the day.
The LHS section has routes with a cool mix of steep lineal conglomerate for the first half then the more traditional compact conglomerate for the second. The RHS is shorter with routes that are all compact conglomerate.
At roughly 5.5km along the BV-4241 there’s a small parking area in the trees, failing that there’s more parking next to some bins at the turning to Capolat (also a good spot to turn round if you miss the first parking).
From here go through the electric fence (style) then after 100m or so there’s a small cairn and a path heading down to the left. Follow this until it joins a 4x4 track and another electric fence. Go through this and follow a feint track to the right which goes uphill slightly first then downhill. The crag is on your left, you can’t miss it.
Takes about 5mins.
