Crag features
The major climbing venue in Salento. In 2013 the crag was completely re-bolted for the Salento Climbing Fest event with the help of Ragni di Lecco. Mainly equipped with expansion bolts, some pitches reach lengths between 25 - 30m. Grades range from 4 to 7b+ of various styles. The rock, compact limestone, is characterized by pockets and tufas that make the climbing challenging and fun. It is possible to climb here all year round thanks to the mild climate in winter and the afternoon shade in summer.

Approach notes
From the Ponte del Ciolo take the path that descends to the beach and goes up the gully, shortly after (5 min) you arrive at the crag (on the left). Or alternatively follow the high path to the left below the base of the Crag.
Note that it is possible to arrive at the crag from the opposite end of the path, from Gagliano del Capo follow the signs for the Ponte del Ciolo.
