The Cave of North Beach and the hobo that used to live there © Alex Freeman

Crag features

Reset every year or two by the sea, a fairly wide array of natural, eliminate and man made problems can be found in Abersytwyth. Some problems are absolute class and are better than almost everything in BoxRox (excluding the cave problems obviously), surprisingly few problems are chossy.

Nearly everything has been FA'd by me (Insect), apart from a few notable exceptions.

Approach notes

Walk past Alexandra halls and onto the beach. The Cave is 100m along, then there's the Stack immediately to the left. The opposite side of the Stack has the Crusher problems on. Directly opposite Crusher block is the Roof, with the traverse immediately to the right, leading into the Toilet Cave.

Beltane Seawall is near the Glengower, down the ramp to the beach.. Unfortunately buried after a storm in late 2017, but may be back at some point.

The lowball seawall corner is opposite the old college, look for the 'sand'.
