Short walk from the Mont Blanc Tunnel car park or from one of the lower carparks on the acces road. Follow sign posts to the Buvet de la Cascade du Dard, can also be approached from Chamonix on foot via the Grepon car park and footpath netwrk, following signs to the Cascade du Dard.. Once at the buvet, descend a series of short steps and cross the bridge to find the base of the cascade du Dard. the Cascade Des Favrands is uphill of the Dard, and the stream running out of it is crossed on the approach path to the Buvette. Follow this uphill to find the first pitch of the climb. For La Para, drive up to the tunnel mouth and take one of the paths on the right hand side of the tunnel into the adgecent valley.

From Chamonix you are unable to legally turn into the car park at the Tunnel du Mont Blanc. However it is easy to turn into this car park or park lower down the road at the Cascade du Dard Parking sign.
