Crag features
Fantastic, vertical mutipitch wall featuring very techincal limestone with some pumpy overhanging small sections. Great view over the Como Lake and big exposure.
Approach notes
From Lecco follow signs to Valsassina and finally the winding road to Piani dei Resinelli. Here, you have to pass the big parking following the indications to "Rifugio SEL" and "Parco avventura".
Leave your car in front of the "Skyscraper" (many parking options). Go back on the road and take the left Via Campelli, after some meters keep the left, cross the shaft, and follow the small dirt road into the woods until you reach a saddle (Bocchetta di Val Verde, 20mins). Take the right and keep the ridge until you reach a small lawn on the border of the wall.
Here you have to follow a small descending track and then at the ledge on the right you have two abseiling points.
Access Advice
IMPORTANT NOTE: the access to all the routes is only from the top: you have to abseil down your chosen route and then start climbing. A retreat from the route can be complicated and dangerous, evaluate the difficulties carefully and be prepared!
