Climbs 10
Rocktype Sandstone (hard)
Altitude 618m a.s.l
Faces S
Much smaller disused quarry to the larger Harthope Quarry. There's a couple of larger buttresses which offer around 10 or so problems on rough sandstone. These are actually a bit higher than they look from the road.
The bottom could be boggy after wet weather.
Clearly visible from the road.
The quarry is located on the western side of a minor road which runs between Langdon Beck and St. John's Chapel. There is parking on the eastern side of the road, directly opposite the entrance to the quarry. The quarry is right next to the road.
The crag is located on CROW land so access shouldn't be a problem.
The quarry lies on land that is designated Access Land under the CRoW Act 2000.
