This is a large crag bristling with overhangs and cloaked in masses of vegetation from glorious moss beds to large hanging vines. The routes now resemble their original state before they were gardened and whilst an impressive venue, the cliff will require major excavations before its routes can be reascended.
A small lane runs between Kingsley and Kingsley Moor, through the villages of Hollins, Hazles and Hazles Cross. Between the latter two, a well-marked footpath opposite a farm runs down to consallforge. Follow this down until it passes over the top of the crag.
