Le Long Avaleur, Guernsey © jimaye04
Le Long Avaleur (The Long Slope) is the second promontory west of the carpark at Les Tielles.
Follow the cliff path for approximately 500m west around a bay. As you approach the top of a small rise in the cliff path above Le Long Avaleur, take a faint path down the spur. The path leads down the point, which has a tunnel through it.
Scramble down to sea level on the easterly side of Le Long Avaleur. Routes at Le Long Avaleur are on two walls - the West Sidewall and the Right Hand Cliff. Once at sea level, traverse left, through the tunnel to reach the West Sidewall or right to reach the Right Hand Cliff which is above a gully/small zawn with a large jammed boulder.
