The north side of Pulpit Rock © Hog Dog

Crag features

Brilliant shortish (8-12m) sea cliffs above a non-tidal platform on the slightly remote and beautiful Green Cape. Vertical walls and open book corners. Mostly trad but some bolted lines. The rock is perfect hard sandstone but anchors are scarce at the top and an extra rope is often neccessary.

Approach notes

The crag is accessed in just a couple of minutes from the carpark at the end of the unsealed road signed to Pulpit Rock on the northside of the Green Cape Lighthouse road. Access is possible in 2WD vehicles but take care towards the end if your clearance is particularly low.
