Actually very good granite contrary to most here abouts. The small zawn comprises a number of short but interesting lines on well featured solid granite. Plenty of good protection and fine anchor opportunities at the top. The low level traverse above the sea is delightful at low tide. Access is easy rock hopping from a popular fishing spot. Just a few minutes from the car. Quite a lovely place on a sunny day with excllent swimming. What a find? Originally discovered by Kai Seth Robertson, November 2016, after his dad (I) had been searching in vain for 10 years!!
Park in the first big layby after the quarry heading towards Melbourne along the coast through Mount Martha. Scramble carefully down the gritty loose fisherman's track to the waters edge and head west for a couple of hundred metres until the top of the main wall is reached. Obvious because nothing else in this area is close to as big.
