Crag features
Since the walls surrounding was cut free from trees, the base of the wall is steep scree. To hot for Summer but lovelly on sunny Winterdays.
Some old Routes from 1930s to 1979s are bold or not protected, Offsetwires and some Hexes are required, Top bolts usually exist.The newer Routes are well protected (like "Muskelmacher" UIAA 7, est. by Jan Luft in 2002).
In a nutshell, it´s a good target for beginners and Plaisirclimbers.
Approach notes
Drive to "Vorra", after an S-curve head west into "Hirschbacher Straße", this leads to "Raiffeisenstraße" wich ends in a closed way. Park here. Follow the Way for 50m, head left to the "Oberen Höhenweg", after 70m at a Y-Junction keep walking lefthandside. After 200m (at a bench) walk right up to the wal.
