Lizard crag. © Jamie Skelton
The crag is at the centre of the beach, although beach is split at high tide. It is partly hidden by a birch tree and the most visible section is vegetated, but there is excellent rock behind the tree.
Follow the path (mostly eroded) to a bothy (3 1/2miles). From here turn right for approx. 30minutes. Take a line slightly inland because the coast itself is very rought. The exact line will vary because avoiding bracken will become priority in summer. The ruins of Glasnacardoch will become visible and beyond then an idyllic sandy beach around which most of the crags based.
