Crag features

This charming Torquay landmark offers good DWS climbing and is an excellent choice when easterlies ravage the better known DWS venues.

Approach notes

From Torquay's Harbour, follow signs for Daddyhole around its Marina, past the 'Living Coasts' bird sanctuary and up the hill. A number of signed turnings eventually lead to the Daddyhole car park.

Walk west (right) from Daddyhole car park, past the Coastwatch tower, through various arches and down a long, stepped descent. Where the path starts to rise at a double flight of steps, branch off left into woodland. London Bridge lies to the left.

False alarm - apologies it is still there in all its glory.

Looks like it may have fallen down. Will try to get some photos asap.

Watchtower traverse : following an episode where 2 boats (harbour master and some other boat) come to our help after reports from people on London Bridge that we were stranded on the Watchtower Traverse part 2, it might be a good idea to phone Brixham Maritime Rescue Co-ordination Centre before starting on (01803) 882 704.
