Crag features

Many large boulders situated at the eastern end of the loch Glendhu. The rock is a mixture of different types, including Sandstone, Gneiss and Quartzite.

 

Approach notes

Park at Kylestrome just off the A894 at a large car park. Walk along the the northern edge of the loch for over 2 hours to reach the boulders which are situated on the opposite side from the bothy and estate houses.

Access Advice

Sometimes the estate is temporarily closed for deer tracking. There will be a signpost up with a red disc visible to inform the public near the bothy.
