Recent rebolting and retrobolting has made many fine routes. Can be windy in the gully if an easterly or southerly is blowing and lots of sea spray into the climbs at the gully mouth.
From the carpark follow the footpath north through the park, at the north eastern end head over the fence where it creates a small inward corner. Climb over the fence just to the right of the warning sign. From here pick up the track through the trees leading down into the gully. Scramble down the gully and toward the water where the existing climbs are located. There is a ladder at the mouth of the gully that leads up to the walk around ledge which continues for several hundred meters and is where some of the climbs start from. Worthwhile taking a walk along the ledge even if you don't want to climb there.
