Ideal to climb in the winter due to its south facing and sheltered from the Mistral. On grippy limestone, each sector has its own style with height varying from 10-45m for the single pitches and up to 100m for the multipitches.
Grand Vallon - walk up the access street named "Grand Vallon" up to a flat terrasse with 2 reservoirs (old parking which is now closed). Follow the path left of of the reservoirs. At the top of the hill, the approach to the crags starts straight on.
Respect the banned zones on the south-facing cliff of the sector Grotte du Sanctuaire and the overhang underneath the sector Graffiti.
The north side of the Vallon is stricly forbbiden to climb.
